A: All livestock orders are shipped via Royal Mail Special Delivery (RMSD). This service is tracked and aims for next-day arrival.

A: We typically dispatch all livestock orders every Tuesday, with the aim of them arriving the next day (Wednesday) before 1 PM.

Q: What is the shipping cost?

A: A standard shipping fee of £11 will be applied at checkout. Please note, this price is subject to change during colder periods when a heat pack may be required. Any adjustments will be clearly displayed at checkout.

Q: What is the cut-off time for orders to be shipped the following Tuesday?

A: Orders must be placed before 6 PM on Sunday to be dispatched the following Tuesday.

A: Currently, we only ship within England, Scotland, and Wales.
